RETURN. REFUND and REPLACEMENT POLICY

Orders cancelled before being shipped, shall be assessed a 10% restocking fee when refunding your order and 90% off your charges will be refunded.

Damaged and or Missing Items – We strive to guarantee the products you order from us arrive to you in pristine condition however, sometimes things happen. For any items that are missing or damaged when your order arrives, please provide a copy of the packing slip or invoice included with the order and retain all damaged items (including all packaging) and send copies and pictures to admin@cedarandsmokellc.com to file a claim request.

We guarantee that all products shipped from cedarandsmokellc leaves our store in perfect condition. If, however, your order is not in excellent condition when you receive it, we want to make it right. In order for us to do so please do the following:

• Inspect the items in your order and notify us within 5 days if anything appears to be wrong with your order. As cigars are sensitive to temperature and humidity we cannot guarantee the quality of products more than 5 days after they are received. “Notify us” means an email to admin@cedarandsmokellc.com with the subject line “Return/Refund Request) or stop by the store.
• Return shipping will be paid by the customer.
• As cigars are a very sensitive product, returns are generally not allowed once a product has left our store. All straight return requests will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
• Once the returned order has been received, your refund will be processed. This can take 3-5 business days depending on your bank.

Minor imperfections in some accessory products do not constitute a cause for return.

If the original order included a free or bonus item, a return or refund cannot be made without returning the free item as well. If the free or bonus item was not returned, its regular price shall be deducted from any issued credit. When the original order included free shipping, the cost of ground shipping will be deducted from the credit for any returned item.

Returned complete orders for refund will be charged according to the shipping method selected for that shipment even if free shipping was applied to the order. The amount of shipping that order will be deducted from the refund.

We do not accept items returned outside their original box and or packaging and we will not accept cut or visibly altered cigars. All returned items must still be in condition to be sent back to the manufacturer. We reserve the right to refuse or prorate credit for any returned item received in inadequate condition.
