That is why we have separate humidor cabinets, strict temperature and humidity controls and many other quality control measures in place. By utilizing separate cabinets instead of a giant walk in humidor we can better control the conditions in which our cigars are kept, ensuring our customers a better product. We keep our cigars in pristine conditions and no cigars ever leave our shop that aren't ready to be enjoyed immediately. Delivery & Returns
Until we are able to open the retail store, we are offering free in person delivery on all orders over $50.00 in Vermilion County. All other orders can be delivered locally for a small fee or shipped via UPS at your request to anywhere in the State of Illinois. We also have in person pick up available at the "soon to be" retail shop 25 N. Franklin, Danville, IL 61832 on Tuesdays or Thursdays from 5:30 - 6:00 P.M. CST. Due to the nature of cigars, once they have left our store returns will generally not be allowed. Please see our Return Policy for more details. We will guarantee your products will arrive in pristine condition but if for any reason a cigar does not make it to you in pristine shape, provide the item and contact us and we will replace it free of charge.
